There are calcified hilar lymph XXXX bilaterally. There are bibasilar airspace opacities with small bilateral pleural effusions, left greater than right. No pneumothorax. No acute bony abnormalities. IMPRESSION: Small bilateral pleural effusions with bibasilar atelectasis and/or airspace disease, left greater than right.
