IMAGE: Chest X XXXX 2 XXXX PA and lateral INDICATION: The patient is a XXXX-year-old female with history of a mild PPD reaction, screening x-XXXX.. COMPARISON: XXXX FINDINGS: Low lung volumes with redemonstrated bronchovascular crowding. The trachea is midline. Negative for pneumothorax, pleural effusion or focal airspace consolidation. The cardiac silhouette size is borderline enlarged. IMPRESSION: 1. Borderline enlargement of cardiac silhouette, otherwise no acute cardiopulmonary abnormality. No evidence for active TB.
