Multifocal cardiac myxoma: report of a rare clinical entity. Primary tumors of the heart and pericardium are rare, with myxomas representing the majority. Myxomas, if multiple, are mostly biatrial in location. We report a case with four tumors in three chambers of the heart, including both ventricles, which were identified by transthoracic echocardiography and successfully operated.
