Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis with obstruction of the upper respiratory tract. A case of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis is presented. The only symptoms in this 24-year-old woman patient were those of recurrent nasal obstruction, including mucosal ulcerations, edema, and thick secretions within the nose.
