INDICATION:
Feet XXXX.
FINDINGS:
The lungs are hyperinflated with coarse interstitial markings compatible with obstructive pulmonary disease and emphysema. There is chronic pleural-parenchymal scarring within the lung bases. No lobar consolidation is seen. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Heart size is normal.
IMPRESSION:
Emphysema.
