IMAGE: Xray Chest PA and Lateral INDICATION: XXXX-year-old female with history breast cancer, XXXX for 2 weeks. 272.4 COMPARISON: Chest x-XXXX XXXX, CT chest XXXX FINDINGS: The lungs are mildly hyperexpanded. There is no focal airspace consolidation. No suspicious pulmonary mass or nodule is identified. Heart size and mediastinal contour are within normal limits. There are degenerative changes of the spine. IMPRESSION: 1. No focal airspace consolidation. 2. Mildly hyperexpanded lungs, suggestive of emphysema.
