FINDINGS: The heart, pulmonary XXXX and mediastinum are within normal limits. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. There is no focal air space opacity to suggest a pneumonia. There mild degenerative changes of the thoracic spine. There is a slight XXXX deformity of the lower thoracic body which is age-indeterminate. IMPRESSION: Age-indeterminate lower thoracic slight XXXX deformity otherwise negative exam.
