The specimens of the positive cases were diagnosed with real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)-specific for SARS-CoV-2 using the protocol published by the WHO13 and characterized by complete genome sequencing and epitope prediction analyses. These sequences were also compared with the available GenBank sequences to monitor the mutations and understand their relation with other known SARS-CoV-2 available in the public database.
