Complete 1H-n.m.r. assignments for two core-region oligosaccharides of human meconium glycoproteins, using 1D and 2D methods at 500 MHz. The complete 1H-n.m.r. assignments for alpha-D-GalNAc-(1----3)-D-GalNAc-ol and beta-D-Gal-(1----4)-beta-D-GlcNAc-(1----6)-D-GalNAc-ol have been made using a combination of 2D correlation experiments (COSY, RELAYED-COSY, and F1-decoupled) and an analysis of the high-resolution 1D-n.m.r. spectra at 500 MHz.
