Higher concentrations of stimulating agents were needed to inhibit ongoing F. tularensis infection.\nCONCLUSIONS: Stimulation of J774 cell line by combination of interferon-gamma with lipopolysaccharide inhibits the intracellular growth of F. tularensis."}
