[Thrombosis of the renal artery secondary to closed abdominal trauma]. Trombosis de la arteria renal secundaria a traumatismo abdominal cerrado. We report a case of female 24 years old who had a blunt abdominal trauma. The immediate consequence was the radiological evidence of a left kidney abolition, secondary to a renal artery thrombosis. The treatment was conservative, and there was not a surgical procedure.
