Fatal haemorrhagic myocarditis secondary to cyclophosphamide therapy. Haemorrhagic myocarditis is a rare but important complication of cyclophosphamide therapy. Echocardiographic identification of the disorder can be made. We believe that the ultrasound features of this disorder have not been previously reported.
