Reported adherence to testing related to COVID was relatively high among first year students. Of the first-year survey respondents who had participated in P-ATS (n = 65), 70.8% (n = 46) submitted all 10 swab tests in weeks 1–10 (full swab provision), and 93.9% (n = 61) submitted 5 or more swabs (at least half the swab provision). With regard to saliva samples only, 89.2% (n = 58) of first years completed one or more samples, and 16.9% (n = 11) completed two or more saliva samples. For both types of test combined, 92.3% (n = 60) completed 6 or more tests, and 47.7% (n = 31) completed all 12 tests (10× swab, 2× saliva). Reported PCR test completion is provided in Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5 for the first year P-ATS participants (n = 65). The change from swab test to saliva sample was initiated at week 10 of 12, in preparation for alignment with deployment of the main university testing service. Engagement willingness may be underestimated from the number of tests completed, due to brief period of test kit stock depletion during the study period.","tracks":[{"project":"LitCovid-sentences","denotations":[{"id":"T158","span":{"begin":0,"end":280},"obj":"Sentence"},{"id":"T159","span":{"begin":281,"end":374},"obj":"Sentence"},{"id":"T160","span":{"begin":375,"end":612},"obj":"Sentence"},{"id":"T161","span":{"begin":613,"end":766},"obj":"Sentence"},{"id":"T162","span":{"begin":767,"end":906},"obj":"Sentence"},{"id":"T163","span":{"begin":907,"end":1040},"obj":"Sentence"},{"id":"T164","span":{"begin":1041,"end":1200},"obj":"Sentence"},{"id":"T165","span":{"begin":1201,"end":1354},"obj":"Sentence"}],"namespaces":[{"prefix":"_base","uri":"http://pubannotation.org/ontology/tao.owl#"}],"attributes":[{"subj":"T158","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-sentences"},{"subj":"T159","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-sentences"},{"subj":"T160","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-sentences"},{"subj":"T161","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-sentences"},{"subj":"T162","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-sentences"},{"subj":"T163","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-sentences"},{"subj":"T164","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-sentences"},{"subj":"T165","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-sentences"}]},{"project":"LitCovid-PubTator","denotations":[{"id":"169","span":{"begin":543,"end":549},"obj":"Gene"},{"id":"170","span":{"begin":1018,"end":1030},"obj":"Species"},{"id":"171","span":{"begin":322,"end":327},"obj":"Disease"}],"attributes":[{"id":"A169","pred":"tao:has_database_id","subj":"169","obj":"Gene:51306"},{"id":"A170","pred":"tao:has_database_id","subj":"170","obj":"Tax:9606"},{"id":"A171","pred":"tao:has_database_id","subj":"171","obj":"MESH:C000657245"},{"subj":"169","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-PubTator"},{"subj":"170","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-PubTator"},{"subj":"171","pred":"source","obj":"LitCovid-PubTator"}],"namespaces":[{"prefix":"Tax","uri":"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/taxonomy/"},{"prefix":"MESH","uri":"https://id.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/"},{"prefix":"Gene","uri":"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/"},{"prefix":"CVCL","uri":"https://web.expasy.org/cellosaurus/CVCL_"}]}],"config":{"attribute types":[{"pred":"source","value type":"selection","values":[{"id":"LitCovid-sentences","color":"#c693ec","default":true},{"id":"LitCovid-PubTator","color":"#93ecac"}]}]}}
