PBMCs were collected, washed, and resuspended at a density of 4 × 106 cells/well in 48-well plates, in a final volume of 0.5 ml/well, in the presence of 10 ng/ml recombinant human IL-2 (R\u0026D Systems) and 10 ng/ml recombinant human IL-17E/IL-25 (R\u0026D Systems).
