The genome project is listed in the Genome OnLine Database (GOLD) [18] as project Gi07572, and the complete genome sequence is deposited in Genbank. Sequencing, finishing and annotation of the D. gibsoniae genome were performed by the DOE Joint Genome Institute (JGI) using state of the art sequencing technology [19].
