Diffraction data were collected at 100 K on beamline IO4 at the Diamond Light Source and processed with Denzo/Scalepack (HKL Research). The structures of selenomethionine containing derivatives of stNUC and psNUC were determined by automated SAD/model building using PHENIX (Adams et al., 2010). saNUC was solved by molecular replacement with PHENIX using stNUC as a search model. Models were improved and refined using Coot, Refmac, and PHENIX.","divisions":[{"label":"Title","span":{"begin":0,"end":15}}],"tracks":[{"project":"2_test","denotations":[{"id":"24981866-20124702-20021755","span":{"begin":463,"end":467},"obj":"20124702"}],"attributes":[{"subj":"24981866-20124702-20021755","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"}]}],"config":{"attribute types":[{"pred":"source","value type":"selection","values":[{"id":"2_test","color":"#b0ec93","default":true}]}]}}
