That breeder also used alfalfa hay [or soaked alfalfa pellets] in a 1 : 4 ratio with the regular hay. Furosemide, a diuretic often used in the treatment of EIPH, was thought to dehydrate the horse. To reduce this effect, a tea was given with 1 part each of the following: licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root, aerial parts of mullein (Verbascum thapsus) or mallow (Althea sp.), and comfrey (Symphytum officinalis) root.","divisions":[{"label":"Title","span":{"begin":0,"end":61}}],"tracks":[{"project":"NEUROSES","denotations":[{"id":"T363","span":{"begin":424,"end":427},"obj":"CHEBI_28621"},{"id":"T365","span":{"begin":424,"end":427},"obj":"CHEBI_35026"},{"id":"T373","span":{"begin":275,"end":280},"obj":"PATO_0001470"},{"id":"T374","span":{"begin":275,"end":280},"obj":"PATO_0001038"},{"id":"T375","span":{"begin":303,"end":313},"obj":"CHEBI_47426"},{"id":"T376","span":{"begin":317,"end":325},"obj":"CHEBI_35498"}],"attributes":[{"subj":"T363","pred":"source","obj":"NEUROSES"},{"subj":"T365","pred":"source","obj":"NEUROSES"},{"subj":"T373","pred":"source","obj":"NEUROSES"},{"subj":"T374","pred":"source","obj":"NEUROSES"},{"subj":"T375","pred":"source","obj":"NEUROSES"},{"subj":"T376","pred":"source","obj":"NEUROSES"}]}],"config":{"attribute types":[{"pred":"source","value type":"selection","values":[{"id":"NEUROSES","color":"#ec93e1","default":true}]}]}}
