GPE86 and PA317 viral packaging cell lines were provided by AD Miller (Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle, WA, USA). BG-1 cells were maintained in Dulbecco's modified eagle medium (DMEM)/F12 medium supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum (Summit, Fort Collins, CO, USA), and 50 units/ml penicillin/streptomycin. BG-1 cells arrest to gamma radiation consistent with a wildtype p53 phenotype. These cells were tested negative for mycoplasmas.","divisions":[{"label":"Title","span":{"begin":0,"end":22}}],"tracks":[{"project":"Colil","denotations":[{"id":"T28","span":{"begin":66,"end":68},"obj":"2910432"}],"namespaces":[{"prefix":"_base","uri":"http://pubannotation.org/docs/sourcedb/PubMed/sourceid/"}],"attributes":[{"subj":"T28","pred":"source","obj":"Colil"}]}],"config":{"attribute types":[{"pred":"source","value type":"selection","values":[{"id":"Colil","color":"#93eca0","default":true}]}]}}
