IMAGE: Xray Chest PA and Lateral INDICATION: XXXX-year-old with XXXX and XXXX. COMPARISON: None. FINDINGS: The heart, pulmonary XXXX and mediastinum are within normal limits. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. There is a region of left upper lobe perihilar opacity identified. IMPRESSION: Left upper lobe pneumonia. Followup radiographs after appropriate therapy in 8-12 weeks are indicated to exclude an underlying abnormality.
