Whereas the loci for the pollen allergen encoding sequence (Tri a III) were shown to be located on homoeologous group 4, the DNA replication regulating (Rep) and DNA (cytosine-5)-methyltransferase (Mtase) genes were located to homoeologous groups 1 and 7, respectively, of Triticeae. Chromosomal rearrangements in wheat and rye relative to each other are discussed.","tracks":[]}
