Gradient elution allowed for the separation of 18 NDA-derivatized amino acids on an open tubular liquid chromatography column in less than 50 min. Gradient elution and electrochemical detection were found to be compatible. A detection limit of 36 amol was obtained for the asparagine-NDA derivative. The usefulness of this technique for quantitation was demonstrated by the analysis of the NDA-tagged hydrolysis products from bovine chymotrypsinogen.","tracks":[{"project":"GlyCosmos15-HP","denotations":[{"id":"T1","span":{"begin":535,"end":539},"obj":"Phenotype"}],"attributes":[{"id":"A1","pred":"hp_id","subj":"T1","obj":"HP:0004845"},{"subj":"T1","pred":"source","obj":"GlyCosmos15-HP"}],"namespaces":[{"prefix":"HP","uri":"http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/HP_"}]},{"project":"NCBITAXON","denotations":[{"id":"T1","span":{"begin":714,"end":720},"obj":"OrganismTaxon"}],"attributes":[{"id":"A1","pred":"db_id","subj":"T1","obj":"9913"},{"subj":"T1","pred":"source","obj":"NCBITAXON"}]}],"config":{"attribute types":[{"pred":"source","value type":"selection","values":[{"id":"GlyCosmos15-HP","color":"#b393ec","default":true},{"id":"NCBITAXON","color":"#93ec99"}]}]}}
