This aspect may reflect other social issues that are not captured in this study that are related to the economic situation in Chile [23]. The decrease in sleep quality has also been described in a study conducted in Italy in children aged 3 to 6 during the early stages of the pandemic; however, after two weeks of follow-up, this decline plateaued [24].
