After 20 March, hospital capacity was surpassed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to the limitation of surgical procedures to emergencies only. From 20 March to 5 April, the second period, only 2 operations were carried out: for pneumothorax with persistent air leak. Until this date, in our hospital, only those patients with respiratory symptoms were screened for infection with SARS-CoV-2 because of the limitations of testing resources. As a result, only 1 patient was screened and had negative test results."}
