With the current development of telehealth and ubiquitous use of remote visits, both patients and healthcare providers are becoming increasingly comfortable with this technology. The same data safety and cybersecurity measures used in regular remote clinical work can be used to monitor the use of home-based tDCS, safeguard the patient's privacy, and correct the use of the equipment.
