Several studies revealed that HBV virion budding occurs at intracellular membranes and depends on functions of the endosomal sorting complexes required for transport (ESCRT) machinery [20,21,22,23,24]. This machine accomplishes the generation of intraluminal vesicles that bud away from the cytosol into the lumen of multivesicular bodies (MVBs). In addition, ESCRTs were also found to be involved in topologically equivalent membrane remodeling events, notably the facilitation of enveloped virus budding and cytokinetic abscission [25]. The machine comprises the heteromeric ESCRT-0, -I, -II and –III complexes, along with the Vps4 ATPase, which function in a sequential manner.","tracks":[{"project":"2_test","denotations":[{"id":"32806600-17553870-20296171","span":{"begin":277,"end":279},"obj":"17553870"},{"id":"32806600-17551004-20296172","span":{"begin":280,"end":282},"obj":"17551004"},{"id":"32806600-24614091-20296173","span":{"begin":283,"end":285},"obj":"24614091"},{"id":"32806600-26719264-20296174","span":{"begin":286,"end":288},"obj":"26719264"},{"id":"32806600-26431433-20296175","span":{"begin":289,"end":291},"obj":"26431433"}],"attributes":[{"subj":"32806600-17553870-20296171","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"},{"subj":"32806600-17551004-20296172","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"},{"subj":"32806600-24614091-20296173","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"},{"subj":"32806600-26719264-20296174","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"},{"subj":"32806600-26431433-20296175","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"}]}],"config":{"attribute types":[{"pred":"source","value type":"selection","values":[{"id":"2_test","color":"#c1ec93","default":true}]}]}}
