The samples were assigned the same weights and digested by the addition of nitric acid (HNO3 67%, MOS grade) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 30%, MOS grade) in glass mini-backers. Two days later, each acid digestion was heated at 80°C for evaporation, 2% nitric acid was added to 10 ml (Cu measurement in liver tissue) or 1 ml (Cu measurement in serum) as the final volume. Calibration plots of standards of Cu were obtained by injecting a series of standard solutions (10, 50, 100, 500 ng/ml in 2% HNO3, flow rate 1.0 ml/min). Then, the resulting solution was injected into the ICP-MS system.","tracks":[]}
