Mice were sacrificed at 48 hr following intravitreal injection (IVT). IVT injection method: Mice were anesthetized using ketamine hydrochloride/medetomidine hydrochloride i.p. Both eyes were dilated with 1% tropicamide and 2.5% phenylephrine drops.
