The protein extracts were reduced with 5% end concentration of beta-merceptoethanol and denatured at 95 °C for 5 min before the SDS-PAGE. After the transfer, the nitrocellulose blot was blocked with 5% bovine serum albumin and incubated with anti-SGO1 ab58023 antibody followed by goat anti-mouse HRP conjugated antibody.
