We performed PCR using the QIAGEN Multiplex PCR Kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We sequenced PCR products using M13 sequencing primers, the BigDye Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kit, and an ABI 3730 Genetic Analyzer (Applied Biosystems).
