Whole cell currents were obtained as described above for MEFs and CHO-KI cells with the following exceptions: Pipette resistance was 6 MΩ when back-filled with intracellular solution where the Ca2+ concentration was adjusted to 100 nM (physiological). Typical capacitance was 9-11 pF. Extracellular solution was Tyrode solution. Cell capacitance was not compensated.","divisions":[{"label":"Title","span":{"begin":0,"end":18}}],"tracks":[]}
