All decellularization and washing steps were performed under continuous shaking at room temperature. To control valve sterility, 10 ml of the last washing solution and three tissue samples of the DAH were incubated for 14 days. DAHs were then stored until implantation in Ringer’s lactate solution at 5°C, but no longer than 60 days from donation.","tracks":[{"project":"testtesttest","denotations":[{"id":"T32","span":{"begin":435,"end":440},"obj":"Body_part"},{"id":"T33","span":{"begin":497,"end":503},"obj":"Body_part"}],"attributes":[{"id":"A32","pred":"uberon_id","subj":"T32","obj":"http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0003978"},{"id":"A33","pred":"uberon_id","subj":"T33","obj":"http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0000479"},{"subj":"T32","pred":"source","obj":"testtesttest"},{"subj":"T33","pred":"source","obj":"testtesttest"}]}],"config":{"attribute types":[{"pred":"source","value type":"selection","values":[{"id":"testtesttest","color":"#ec93aa","default":true}]}]}}
