Biriefly, Colcemid (0.1 μg/ml) was added 4 hours prior to cell harvesting. Cells were trypsinized and incubated in 0.075 M KCl for 20 min. After fixing in methanol:acetic acid (3:1) for 30 min, cells were dropped onto slides and stained with Leishman’s solution for 2 min. Slides were then coded and scored blind to the observer."}
