Most likely it will be a combination of mechanism that may be thought of as a series of barriers to disseminated infection, ones that are extremely rarely breached except in the case of significant defects in immunity. However, if immune therapy as an adjunct to antifungal treatment is to be a reality we need to understand the precise effector pathways that are required.","tracks":[]}
