Primary human fibroblasts, obtained from skin biopsy specimens, were immortalized with SV40T antigen (SV40 fibroblasts) and cultured in DMEM (Gibco, Invitrogen) supplemented with 10% FBS (Gibco, Invitrogen). HEK-293T cells were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS.
