In model iCY1106, there were 172 reactions involving NADPH (Additional file 6). With ARA production fixed at 0.059 mmol gDW−1 h−1 (μ = 0.06 h−1) and 0.128 mmol gDW−1 h−1 (μ = 0.03 h−1), the flux of NADPH reactions were investigated.
