By randomly selecting one district in each region of each division, we sampled 15 districts out the total of 75, spread across the country. We made one purposive change to the random selection, in the central developmental region of the Hill division, replacing Sidhuli by Ramechap because we needed one more cluster above 2,000 m.","tracks":[]}
