We divided them into eight teams according to their residence (knowledge of local language and customs) and appointed one member of each, with best skills, as team leader.\nWe provided a 4-day training programme at Dhulikhel Hospital on important aspects of the MDBs, on the principles of epidemiology and on the specific methods and requirements of the study.
