Autologous T cells were restimulated every 7 days with the previously mentioned peptide-pulsed DCs to generate peptide-specific CTLs. Recombinant interleukin 2 (IL-2) at a concentration of 20 U/ml was added to the culture medium on day 3 after every stimulation. Cytotoxic T lymphocyte activity was then assessed on day 23 by a 4 h 51Cr release assay.
