Moreover, immunocytochemical staining showed abnormal clumps of acetylated α-tubulin in the perinuclear region of Pt2 fibroblasts (Figure 3D). Interestingly HDAC6P856S fibroblasts showed a significantly higher number of multilobated nuclei, compared to control cells, which could be consequent to altered physical connection between nuclear membrane and cytoskeletal network (Figure 3E).
