Zic2kd/+ mice showed a significantly lower alteration percentage (P = 0.046, U-test) and a significantly higher number of arm entries (P = 0.0040) than the wild-type mice (Figure 2C), suggesting that Zic2kd/+ mice have working memory impairment and a higher level of locomotor activity in a novel environment. Together with the absence of behavioral traits related to mood disturbances or anxiety-like behaviors, our results from the water maze, fear-conditioning and Y-maze tests are consistent with the impaired cognitive function in Zic2kd/+mice.","tracks":[]}
