Of the 3,746 genes predicted, 3,672 were protein-coding genes, and 74 RNAs; 175 pseudogenes were also identified. The majority of the protein-coding genes (61.2%) were assigned with a putative function while the remaining ones were annotated as hypothetical proteins.
