Our case adds to the literature documenting the occurrence and features of PLO. With the definite documentation of intact chromosomes 1 and 19, our case provides insight towards the spectrum of molecular findings associated with this condition, and its prognostic implications with respect to chemotherapy. Since PLO can mimic diffuse forms of granulomatous meningitis, it should be suspected in patients that clinically and radiographically present with symptoms of granulomatous meningitis but without blood or CSF markers for the same. Ultimately the diagnosis rests on obtaining a biopsy and histologic confirmation.","tracks":[{"project":"2_test","denotations":[{"id":"19290482-7708153-63243936","span":{"begin":222,"end":223},"obj":"7708153"},{"id":"19290482-17184079-63243936","span":{"begin":222,"end":223},"obj":"17184079"},{"id":"19290482-7674024-63243936","span":{"begin":222,"end":223},"obj":"7674024"}],"attributes":[{"subj":"19290482-7708153-63243936","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"},{"subj":"19290482-17184079-63243936","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"},{"subj":"19290482-7674024-63243936","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"}]}],"config":{"attribute types":[{"pred":"source","value type":"selection","values":[{"id":"2_test","color":"#d593ec","default":true}]}]}}
