With either MONKEY or PhyloScan, each position of the motif is evaluated, and the computed probabilities for the motif positions are then multiplied together to give the strength of the site. Via the approach of Staden [10], the probability that such strength would arise by chance is precisely computed.","tracks":[{"project":"2_test","denotations":[{"id":"17244358-15575972-1689322","span":{"begin":24,"end":26},"obj":"15575972"},{"id":"17244358-7288891-1689323","span":{"begin":126,"end":128},"obj":"7288891"},{"id":"17244358-2720468-1689324","span":{"begin":490,"end":492},"obj":"2720468"}],"attributes":[{"subj":"17244358-15575972-1689322","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"},{"subj":"17244358-7288891-1689323","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"},{"subj":"17244358-2720468-1689324","pred":"source","obj":"2_test"}]}],"config":{"attribute types":[{"pred":"source","value type":"selection","values":[{"id":"2_test","color":"#ecd193","default":true}]}]}}
