Objectives
The main goal of this study was to evaluate the performance of 5 five Point-Of-Care antibody Tests, one chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay (CMIA), one chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) and 7 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) for COVID-19 serology in an attempt to validate and select the best performing ones. Secondly, we discuss the role of SARS-CoV-2 serology in the process of diagnosing COVID-19 disease in presumable COVID-19 cases with sequential negative SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR.
