This material was triturated with chloroform/ethyl acetate to afford 91 mg (38%) of the title compound as a white solid. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 11.58 (s, 1H), 8.65 (d, J = 8 Hz, 1H), 8.46 (d, J = 8 Hz, 1H), 8.17 (m, 1H), 8.04 (m, 1H), 7.88 (m, 1H), 7.65 (s, 1H), 7.37 (s, 1H), 7.08 (t, J = 8 Hz, 1H), 6.99 (d, J = 8 Hz, 1H), 6.49 (d, J = 8 Hz, 1H), 5.19 (m, 2H), 4.50 (m, 2H), 3.87 (s, 3H), 3.11 (m, 2H), 2.32 (m, 1H), 2.07–1.97 (m, 2H), 1.76–1.56 (m, 5H), 0.94 (d, J = 6 Hz, 3H), 0.89 (d, J = 6 Hz, 3H); MS (ESI+) for C32H35N5O7m/z 602.2 (M + H)+; anal. calcd for C32H35N5O7·0.4 H2O: C, 63.12, H, 5.93; N, 11.50.
