Kinase inhibitors with good safety profiles and desirable pharmacokinetics properties, including minimal association with drug transporters and CYP enzymes, warrant testing in combination with antiviral agents or other targeted agents, to more effectively decrease viral load and potentially more dramatically improve COVID-19 symptoms.
