This is log(p(t | q)/p(t)). Here p(t | q) is the number of times t occurs in the context of q (ie co-occurrences of t and q) divided by the total length of all q contexts in the corpus, whereas p(t) is the number of occurrences of t in the entire corpus, divided by the corpus length.
