• CSF unremarkable (not tested for COVID)
• NCCT Head: symmetric hypoattenuation within the bilateral medial thalami
• CT angiogram, venogram: normal
• MRI Brain: hemorrhagic rim enhancing lesions within the bilateral thalami, medial temporal lobes, and subinsular regions
