Late echocardiographic results On mixed-model linear regression analysis on the evolution of mean MV gradient during the follow-up period, a slight decline in MV gradients was seen (estimate = −0.05, 95% CI  −0.07 to −0.02; P < 0.001) during the follow-up period (Fig. 2).
