2.4. Methods Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests were performed to determine whether the distribution for each of the factors above was normal. For those factors that were non-normal, logarithmic transformations were used to normalize the distributions. Spearman’s rank correlation was used to evaluate the relationship between each factor and the longevity ratio. A stepwise multiple linear regression (MLR) analysis and geographically weighted regression (GWR) were used to identify the factors significantly associated with the longevity ratio.
